Looking for a peaceful private place with warm atmosphere? Our 3 bedrooms single storey corner lot house is just well suited for your pleasant stay. Located just 3km from Putrajaya center, the property is well equipped with private pool, fireplace & barbecue pit. It's a good place for family time together and retreat from the chaos of the city.

This air-conditioned guest house comes with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathroom, a satellite flat-screen TV(Astro Njoi), a dining area, a kitchen complete with fridge, rice cooker, induction stove & bread toaster. At the villa guests are welcome to use an private indoor swimming pool.

1) The house can accommodate up to 9 adult persons overnight. On the other hand we love children, after the 9th person we are giving extra for children below 12 years old stay for free, just bring along your own sleeping equipment to accommodate them. We provides 3 additional pillows.

2) You are most welcome to use the swimming pool, just please clean yourself using nearby pool shower before entering the pool.

3) We provides tools for your BBQ session, do contact us early if you require charcoal and we will provide for free.

4) Additional house deposit is RM100 per stay, and will be refunded after guests check out.

5) We are well appreciate tolerance with neighborhood, thus silent hour at 11pm onward from our guest is much appreciated.
