The apartment has a wonderful view over the Gulf of the Poets, a real jewel with its living balcony in which it's possible to dine outside, a small Oasi with gardens in front of it and the ancient castle overlooking the sea and seems to protect the whole Gulf.
From the square, walking in front of groceries that whet your appetite, climbing three short sets of stairs, is reached Ca' da Bruna, called in the name of a strong and austere old lady from Lerici.
The apartment is well equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, induction stove, a small washing machine, hair dryer, a boiler with 40 l for hot water, air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a small wardrobe and a French size bed (140 x 200 cm), a sofa bed in the living room (120 x 180 cm). The window in th bedroom is on the typical alley Delle Sare from which in the early morning comes out the sun, while in the living room there are a couple of patio doors from which the balcony is reachable and they look towords South-West and let the salty sea breez come inside of the apartment.
