The pool, shamiana, hammock, verandah, and cabana are all fit for unwinding any time of the day. Besides, the villa opens up to the beach, so you can enjoy an evening drink by the shore!

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 5 cosy bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.
- All rooms offer amenities including a queen-sized bed, AC, and attached bathrooms.
- One of the bedrooms on the first floor is equipped with a TV.

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room on the ground floor. It offers sofa-style seating for up to 7 people. 
- It is equipped with a TV, music system and a CCTV camera for security purposes.
- The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor. It can comfortably seat up to 6 people.
- The living room opens up to a verandah that is equipped with various seating arrangements. 
- The exteriors of the villa feature a sprawling lawn, 1000 sq. ft. in size. It offers a gazebo, hammock, cabana and a swing. 
- Guests can also enjoy a dip in the private swimming pool, 25x15ft. in size and is up to 7ft. in depth.
- Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 9 PM.
- Soak in the beautiful views of the beach from the common balcony on the first floor. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water dispenser, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 2300 per person, per day.
- There are no meal charges for kids below the age of 6 years. Half the meal price will be charged for kids between the ages of 6 and 12 years, and full price for kids above the age of 12 years.
- Guests can opt for dinner with a barbecue meal at an additional cost of Rs. 1250 per person.
- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants, however, please check the timings given the prevalent lockdown rules.
- Ordering-in of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 female staff member within the villa premises, at an additional charge of Rs. 2000 per day, excluding meals and taxes. Accommodation for cook and driver are not allowed at the property. However, it can be arranged close to the villa at an additional cost. Meal charges for personal staff are Rs. 200 per meal, and tea snacks are priced at Rs.100. If guests opt for regular meal packages for their staff members, the associated price will be the same as guests.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the swimming pool or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn and embrace its beauty. They can lounge on the cabana and soak in the sun while on the hammock. They can also relish a lavish barbecue spread and request for a bonfire to be lit up.

- Taxi services can be arranged at an additional cost. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The villa entrance is from the beach, due to which the path leading up to the property may be unpleasant. 
- During high tides, guests may not be able to drive their cars up to the entrance of the villa. It is also recommended to not step out during high tides.
- Guests may be pre-informed about the high tide timings, so that they can plan their arrival before or after the tide has receded.
- Guests are advised against swimming at this beach as it is rocky and hence unsafe.
- Please keep the gate to the beach closed when you are not around to supervise, for security reasons and to ensure no stray animals enter the house.
- The pool is 4ft deep at the shallow end and 7ft at the deep end. Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children.
- The cabana by the sea might not be available during monsoon season.
- We are unable to provide Wi-Fi, however, cellular networks work fairly well here.
