BEDROOMS
- There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
- ACs are provided in all rooms.
- All rooms have attached bathrooms.
- 2 rooms have queen-size beds while the other two have king-size beds.
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 private bathrooms and 2 shared ones – 1 by the poolside and 1 in the living area.
- The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- TV is in one of the rooms on the ground floor .
- There is one Activity/Entertainment room which has a Twin Sofa Setup and has an AC as well where extra mattresses can be placed for extra guests.
- It has seating arrangements for 20 people.
- A private outdoor pool is available for the guests to use till 10 PM.
- There is a huge lawn where you can hold your events. It can accommodate 100-150 people.
- Outdoor seating can accommodate approximately 20 people.

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and water filter.
- There is crockery available for 12 people.
- Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.  
- Guests can also choose to order from the nearby restaurants. 

FOOD
- The caretaker can prepare meals at an additional charge of Rs.1300 for vegetarian and Rs.1500 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day.
- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Please inform us about your meal preferences well in advance so we are well prepared to serve you.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed after 11 PM.
- Drinking is allowed inside the property only, and guests must procure the local permit of Rs. 5 from any liquor shop before consuming any alcohol.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
- Hookahs are strictly not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Locals and Stags are not at the villa'

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the lawn. The villa has a private entrance.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games such as carrom, Monopoly, chess, playing cards and Uno. They can also indulge in outdoor activities such as volleyball, pool-polo, barbecues and bonfire.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The villa is a part of a gated community and there are CCTVs in the outside area.
- Wi-Fi, although provided, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.
- Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around.​​​​​​​
- This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.
