Bedroom:
- There are 3 bedrooms.
- AC is provided in all the bedrooms
- There are double-sized beds in 2 of the rooms, while one room offers 2 bunk beds.
- Attached bathrooms are provided in 2 of the rooms.
- Wardrobes are available in all the rooms
- Extra mattresses will be provided as per guest count.

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 2 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

Living Room:
- The living room seats up to 15 people.
- AC is also provided in the living room.
- There is a 6-seater dining table.
- The living area is well lit and decorated with minimal furniture.
- Tv, music system and wifi is available.

Kitchen & Meals:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery, water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants.
- Guests can cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals in the kitchen. However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.
- A cook can be arranged at a additional cost of Rs.2240 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actual.
- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Guest can also eat out in nearby restaurants or order in food from near by restaurant.
- BBQ Kit is available at the villa.

Lawn:
- The villa has a wide lawn area which can accommodate up to 30 people.

Games:
- Guests can enjoy playing games like cards,ludo or carrom board, pool table and cricket.

Other things to note
- In case of a power outage, an inverter and generator is available at the villa.
- Parking space is secured for up to 4 cars.
- Parties and events can be organized for 25-30 people on prior notice.
- The caretaker may charge a nominal amount for washing the dishes.
