- All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

- The living room has a TV and seating arrangement for 12 people.

Bathrooms
- The villa has 3 private bathrooms.
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Kitchen
- Guests may use the kitchen only for basics such as tea / coffee / instant noodles / food for infants.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.
- Crockery is available for 12 people.

Meals
- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
- All meals are priced at Rs.1500 for vegetarian and Rs.1700 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day.
- For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
- The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates.

Pool & Lawn
- The villa's private pool can accommodate upto 9 people.
- Pool size: 15ft x 11ft with a depth of 5ft.
- The lawn can accommodate upto 9 people.

Add-on services
- A barbecue grill can be arranged at an additional cost. This is subject to availability.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. This is subject to availability.

Other Things to Note
- Secured parking space for 5 cars is available.
- A medical kit is available at the villa.
- A power backup is available at the villa.
- The pool is deep so children should be supervised.
- Kindly do not sleep on the sofas.
- Guests are recommended to not leave the villa premises post 7 pm as it would be difficult for them to make their way back to the villa.
- Guests are requested to check-in before 6 pm as it would be difficult to locate the villa in the dark.
- It is recommended to take food package, since there are no restaurants nearby.
- Due to the remote location of the property, we are unable to offer Wi-Fi, however, VI mobile network works fairly well here.
- Pets are allowed at the villa.
