One of the most elegant homes we’ve seen, This villa is the perfect place for a luxurious getaway. Its muted interior colours are vibrantly lit, and make for a great backdrop to your holiday. With a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, a swing in the balcony, cozy sofas in the living room and a beautiful gazebo outside, you will find it hard to pick your favorite spot here. If you would like to sneak in a workout, you may use the gym, and a court for badminton and volleyball is available too.

This villa is perfect for a stay for a group of around 15 people, and it also offers the opportunity to host an event for up to a 100 guests at an additional cost. Well worth a visit, we say!

Bedrooms (1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor):
- The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms.
- All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
- Cupboards are available in all rooms
- All bedrooms have balconies

Living Room:
- The villa has a spacious living area that can easily accommodate 10-15 people
- The living room is air-conditioned and has a flat screen TV

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 4 private bathrooms.
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
- One bathroom has a Jacuzzi style bathtub.
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Kitchen & Meals:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for 15 people.
- Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.2500 per day will be levied.
- Meal packages including breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
- All meals are priced at Rs.1500 for vegetarian, per person, per day.
- For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date.
- Guests may eat also eat out in nearby eateries like Buvachi Misal, Rama Krishna and German Bakery. 
- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
- Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the villa.
- The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
