We provide you, during your stay at our apartment , with super-fast Internet speed up to 200 Mbps (download) 100 Mbps (upload) speed via WIFI.
We offer our guests A Free Pocket WiFi modem ( You will have free high speed 4G internet wherever you go on the Island - It's Free of charge but we demand a security deposit of 3000 Baht in case of loss or damage.

Our Apartment comes also with :
2 Free Bicycles ( Mountain Bike )
1 Honda Motor roller 125cc ( You must provide a valid International Driving License - We charge a security Deposit of 5.000 Baht and we keep a copy of your Driving license and Passport )

ELECTRICITY:
We don't charge you extra for electricity unless you overdue the usage. ( Example: Running The Air condition while not Home )

Damage and Security Deposit:
We love our brand new Apartment and the way it is furnished.
The amount we charge as a deposit depends on the length of staying and the payment circumstances.
We usually take 100-500 $US as a deposit
We don't accept Credit cards.

Our Check IN & Check Out Rules:
The Check In Time is 2:00 PM, but If you are early and the Apartment is not occupied we can arrange an early Check in if possible.
The check out time can be fully flexible if there is no other check in on the same day, otherwise if there are check in and check out guests on the same day, then the 11AM check out deadline must be considered.
