This villa is a relaxed, luxurious space, perfect for a group to hang out in Panchgani. The villa has a private pool with a covered skylight. All the other amenities will increasingly add to your plush stay here. A large lounge area right in the beginning with landscaped verandah and a huge television set makes for a good spot to start your day chit-chatting while you chalk out your plan. In the meantime, take a plunge in the private indoor pool that is covered with a skylight.

This is neither a wheel-chair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

Bedrooms:
- The villa has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with an air-conditioner
- All the bedrooms have double beds, fresh linens and pillows. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
- One of the three rooms is equipped with a bunk bed.

Bathrooms:-
- The villa has 3 private bathrooms and 2 powder rooms.
- All private bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers for a 24/7 hot water supply.
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms
 
COMMON AREAS
- The living area is spacious and can accommodate 12 people.
- There is a TV and a Music system in the living area.
-  It is not equipped with an AC.
-  The living area on the second floor has two sofa-cum-beds.
- The villa has an indoor pool that can accommodate 8 people.
- It is 30x18 ft. in size and 4.7 ft in depth.

Kitchen:
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

Food
- Guests can choose to order in or take away from the nearby restaurants.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Additionally, a chef can be arranged for an extra charge of Rs. 2500. Groceries will be charged as per actuals.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 7:30 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The pool depth increases from 4 ft to 7th.
- A power backup is available at the villa.
- A medical kit with basic first aid is available at the villa.
- Barbecue kit can be arranged for an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per use. Groceries will be charged as per actuals.
- Bonfire setup can be availed at an additional charge of Rs. 800 per session.
- Entertainment box is available and outdoor games like badminton too.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
-  Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
- Guests are advised not to ask the caretaker for running personal errands to the market.
- Given the increased need for sanitation and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.
- Pool is accessible for guests during the hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Diving in the pool is strictly not allowed.
- Owing to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas.
- This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar.
