The unit will be self check in , I prepare full instruction and video support , also if you have any problem for arriving my place , I always can reply you fast in Japanese daytime .

If garbage box is fulled due to your ling stay, please let me know, I can send a stuff to pick the garbage up .

This apartment does not provide parking area, please use coin parking nearby. Please do not smoke in the room, there will be 150 USD penalty.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number. So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed.

CCTV/Security camera is installed in the public/common area for all guests safety and security. Thank you for your understanding.
