This service apartment name is Emerald Avenue, located in the heart of Selayang. The property faces the beautiful tropical forest reserve of Bukit Lagong. This area contains the Orang Asli settlement and Recreational Forest of Bukit Lagong.


THE UNIT:
It is a SOHO unit on level 20 (one bedroom, one living room), with a beautiful view of Bukit Lagong forest reserve and the neighborhood. The space is best suited for 2 adults.

The height on the 20th floor allows guests to enjoy an unobstructed morning view of the abovementioned hills, wrapped in transient fog, with a cup of coffee or tea (provided as a compliment).

Entry to the unit is via SELF CHECK-IN. The check-in instructions will be provided once booking is confirmed.


FACILITIES:
There is free unlimited Wifi @30 Mbps and Netflix available to watch on a 55-inch flat-screen TV.

You can freely access the rooftop pool and gym with the key card provided.


ELECTRICITY:

The property is air-conditioned. But use it mindfully as the electric bill is pre-paid and needs to be "topped up" once finished.

If it's not too hot, may I suggest using the ceiling fan/ floor fans provided ;)
