A brand new minimalist style unit equipped to cater to our guests' basic needs. Perfect place for people who are on the go as our location is accessible to almost all kinds of public transportation in the metro and within walking distance to two of the city's largest malls: Ayala Center and SM City. There is a 7/11 for your quick meal fixes and cravings and Pan de Manila where you can get the best tasting pan de sal (Filipino tasty bread) and other kinds of bread and pastries just by the entrance to The Persimmon Studios. Complementary coffee and tea are also provided to jumpstart your day or cap off the night.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

1. We require all of our guests to prepare a hard copy of their government ID/s as this will be needed upon check-in. Failure to present an ID may revoke entry to premises. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

2. We currently only have regular showers (no hot and cold) available. We're still working on getting a hot and cold shower installed.
