11bytheLake is a studio apartment on Hoan Kiem Lake where you will be in the heart of Hanoi! We have recently renovated the entire house so that we can provide you a cosy home with hotel comforts. There are 4 studios in total, one on each floor. Each studio has a PRIVATE BALCONY and a common ROOFTOP where you can enjoy the picturesque Hanoi! The studio is 24 sqm2, narrow but long, typical of an old quarter home. We try our best to provide the most we can within the space we have. There is a small fully equipped kitchen, a double bed and two single sofa beds. We provide hotel quality beddings and towels. There is also a platform lift that carries up to 3 people at a time as we want to ease your pain from carrying heavy luggages up the stairs. Please note: platform lift does move slowly so we do recommend you to use the staircase whenever you can! The common rooftop on the 6th floor will give you a panoramic view of Hanoi!
