- Beautiful condo located at the main center of Makati City with a spacious nice illuminated terrace. *The terrace is full of life with many different plants like tomatoes, aloe vera, purslane, neem, roses, etc. It is a perfect quiet place to recharge your batteries while taking dinner with your special one. It has aircon, a light exterior, one semi-double bed (2 people only), a fridge, a small kitchen, an electric grill,

* PETS Rules. Fee 650 Php per stay. We will charge you aside from your reservation in Agoda.
1. Please, One pet per staycation.

3. Please, any damage your pet might cause, you will pay for it.
4. Please, 2 nights minimum length of stay.
5. Please, do not leave your dog on the terrace or in the room alone.
6. Please, as much as possible keep your pet's waste clean.
7. We will provide a pet soft carpet and pet plates.
8. Legaspi Park is located 5-7 min from our building in case you want to bring your little friend for a walk

* Parking: We will accommodate your vehicle whether inside or outside of the parking premises for free. Our guards work 24/7 and will take care of your car/moto. Please let us know what brand is your card. Thank you!
- In case you have a big car, there is a paid parking place at 5-7 min walking distance from our building. PLEASE, ask us before you confirm your reservation. Thanks!

* TERRACE: Usually a common area between 7 am till 7 pm, however, you might not encounter any neighbors in that place because it i;s on the 6th floor. From 7 pm, the terrace is a private space for you.
