Our cozy and lovely home is equip with basic utilities only - No WIFI and no TV and NO free parking.

Best for people traveling on a budget who needs a comfortable and decent place to stay.

We have comfy beds with fresh sheets.

The condominium building is a bit old but our swimming pool (resort type) is superb and most of all free to use! Unfortunately due to covid, use of swimming pool is only by reservation, booking must be made at least 3 weeks in advance and by approval on a first come first serve basis by the condominium admin.

Taytay market is pretty much accessible where you can buy stuffs and clothes as cheap as Php50.

If shopping isn’t your thing and you prefer Parks or Nature, head to the nearest Rainforest Park or Antipolo which is about 30 minutes away from the condominium unit.

Megamall, Eastwood and Cubao are also within 30 minutes, when no traffic!
