A quaint place located in the tea gardens of Coonoor, it is a cozy 3 BHK villa with a beautiful view of the hills. Its vintage interiors give it a warm vibe that makes you feel instantly at home. The beds are large and comfortable and two bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The living room is a relaxed space where the entire group can hang out together chatting away. The gazebo outside is perfect for tea-time with its mesmerizing view, but the balcony upstairs is sure to be everyone's favourite spot for late in the evening. The Space

Bedrooms:
- The villa has 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. 
- All the bedrooms offer an heater and double beds. 
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

Common areas: 
- The living room is spacious and has seating arrangement for 10 people
- A flat-screen TV and a music system are available in the living area
- A few board games area available
- The villa has a huge private lawn with seating space for upto 10 people

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 2 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom
- All bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply.
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.

Kitchen: 
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven and a water purifier.
- Cooking is not allowed at the villa. However, guests are allowed to make tea and coffee.
- Crockery is available for 6-8 people.

Meals:
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- All rates are on a per person, per meal basis.

Food
- All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per person, per meal.
- All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 400 to Rs. 500 per person, per meal.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire villa and its outdoor spaces.

Interaction with Guests:
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000, excluding the meal charges. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Since this villa is close to a forest, guests are advised to not leave the villa premises after dark as wild animals are spotted in the area. Even during the day, it is strongly recommended to venture out in a group, if going by foot. 
- The garden of  the neighbouring villa is accessible to guests. There are 2 friendly dogs in the garden.
- Incase of a power outage, power backup is available. 
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel work fairly well here.
- Please note that it takes approximately 50 steps from the parking space to reach the main villa.
