When you stay here, you enjoy mesmerizing views and a breath of fresh air. In terms of amenities, the pool, the barbecue and bonfire add the perfect touches to your getaway. Space
Let me walk you through the villa:

BEDROOMS: 
- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor.
- AC, double beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all of the rooms.
- 2 rooms offer an attached balcony.   
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS:
- There are 5 bathrooms - 3 attached and 2 common. 
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. 

COMMON AREAS: 
- The living room seats up to 10 people.
- It offers an AC, TV and a music system.
- A carrom board and a few board games are also available.
- There is a lawn with seating for up to 30 people.
- Events can be organised at an additional cost on prior notice.
- Outdoor games like cricket, badminton, football and basketball are available.
-  There is a plunge pool.
- The pool is 25x25 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- There is a kids’ pool with a depth of 2 ft.

KITCHEN
- Guests can access the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food at no additional cost.
- However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs. 2500/- per day will be levied.
- Both the kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.
- There are 2 kitchens - one indoor and the other outdoor.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people.
- Please note that cooking non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the indoor kitchen.
- However, there are no restrictions in the outdoor kitchen.

Food
- All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1300 per adult, per day.
- All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per adult, per day.
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals for kids (5 years & below) can be provided in house at an additional cost of Rs. 400 per kid, per day.
- Barbeque meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1100/- per kg. For Veg and Rs. 1300/- per kg. for Non Veg.
- A barbeque kit can be provided without raw material at Rs. 400/- per session.
- Jain meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1300 per person, per day.

COMMON AMENITIES: 
- Power backup, wardrobes
- Iron, torch 
- Medical kit, mosquito repellent 
- Secured parking space for 5 cars

HOUSE RULES: 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum post 10 PM.   
- Smoking is only allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Pets are not allowed.

GUEST ACCESS: 
Guests have access to the entire villa except for the first floor. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per day, per person, excluding meals and taxes.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host may be present at the property and is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 
- This property is suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.
- Guests are requested to inform at least 2 days in advance regarding the meal package, given the location of the villa in a relatively secluded area.
- Children must always be supervised, as the villa is close to the river.
- 1st floor is non-operational and not accessible to the guests as it is the owner's private property.
- A washing machine is available at the property.
- Wi-Fi is not available, however, cellular networks such as Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. 
- The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions.
