My converted townhouse is perfect for those who want to experience a home away from home. It is an answer to the question of " what is it like to live in downtown Bangkok?". The house and local neighbourhood of Ekkamai are ideal for working-travelling nomads, and it also has plenty to entertain families with children. The apartment is less than a minute's walk to Ekkamai Skytrain station, yet it is tucked away in a friendly and quiet local alley just off the vibrant Sukhumvit road.
* Self-check-in apartment. Baggage assistance is not available. ( Please read the check-in instruction that we send to you by email and please provide accurate phone numbers or contact details for further communication.)
* All 3 floors are accessible by stairs.
* Complimentary drinks upon check-in ( in the fridge).
* Bedsheets and towels change on the 7th night. Cleaning on day 7th will be done only when the room is unoccupied ( please communicate with us for appropriate timing).
* Apartment of 45 Sqm on each floor. Each apartment has a double bed, a sofa bed and its own front and rear balcony. The apartment is designed for 2 adults and 2 children. It is equipped with a kitchenette without cooking facilities. A medium-size fridge, microwave, and washing machine are at your own use.
* All guests must provide a copy of the passport and the arrival card for Thailand for the submission of Thailand's Immigration Bureau.
My aim is to deliver a within the budget-cost apartment for long stay guests. The price shown on Agoda is only inclusive of the room rates, water, electricity and high-speed internet. This would give you a chance to customise your own stay. You can add on optional extras, such as additional cleaning during the stay, daily access to the pool and gym nearby (external location) where I can recommend.
