BEDROOMS
-    There are 4 bedrooms.
-    ACs are offered in all rooms.
-    3 of the rooms have attached bathrooms.
-    3 rooms have king-sized beds and 1 has a queen-sized bed. 

BATHROOMS
-    There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 2 common.
-    All bathrooms have towels and basic toiletries.
-    4 of the bathrooms have geysers. 1 of the common bathrooms does not have a geyser. 

COMMON AREAS
-    The living room seats 10 people comfortably.
-    There is a large lawn that can accommodate up to 50 guests if an event is hosted here.
-    There is a swimming pool.
-    The pool is 35x12 ft. in size and 4.25 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
-    The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter and drinking water, a refrigerator, toaster, mixer, grinder, microwave, spices and condiments and crockery and cutlery. 
-    Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.3000 per day will be levied.

FOOD
-    Complimentary breakfast.
-    Guests can order veg or non-veg meal options à la carte.
-    All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
-    Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Mhalas Hotel, Sagar Family Restaurant, Hotel Parkway and Hotel Celebrations.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, play cards and other board games. There is a large lawn, so guests can also indulge in outdoor games. They can also request for a barbecue to be set up.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This villa is not part of a gated community. However, it has high boundary walls.
- There are steps at the entrance of the villa, hence it is not wheelchair friendly.
- Guests are requested to drive safe while on their way to the property, since the approaching road may be rough.
- An internet dongle is provided. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here.
- Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.
- Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around.
- The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
-    A barbecue grill can be set up at an additional cost. 
-    The caretaker can go out to pick up food, grocery and alcohol.
