Let us walk you through the space.

BEDROOMS
- There are five bedrooms, two on the basement, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
- Each room has a queen-size bed.
- Five extra mattresses can be provided.
- All rooms have air conditioners.
- Four of the five rooms have attached bathrooms.

BATHROOMS
- The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
- All bathrooms have hot water supply and towels.
- One of the bathrooms has a bathtub.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room is spacious. It can comfortably seat 15 guests and is equipped with a cooler. It does not have an AC.
- There is a small plunge pool, ideal for 2-3 people.
- The outdoor seating can accommodate approximately 15 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.
- The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and water purifier.
- Crockery is available for 15-18 people.
- There is a small bar counter at the villa.

FOOD
- Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the common areas and their room.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games such as foosball, table tennis, Monopoly and playing cards.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
- Guests do not have access to the lawn. 
- Pets are not allowed at the villa.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bonfires will be charged at actuals (i.e. cost of the wood)
- The caretaker can wash dishes at a charge of Rs. 300 - Rs. 500 approximately.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The living room is not air-conditioned, however, there is a cooler. 
- In case of power outage, a generator is available. However, on the generator, the geyser and AC do not work simultaneously.
- Toiletries are not provided.
- This villa is not recommended for senior citizens.
- Personal connections sure get stronger, but cellphone networks may be weak here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
