With gated premises, guests are assured safety during their stay. The 4 deluxe rooms are air-conditioned and are with en-suite washrooms. The contemporary look of the living area (Non AC) with a plush sofa set, an 8 seater dining table opens to the green lawn and city view. An outdoor swing attached with the hallway allows guests to spend their high tea time with a sun set. The washrooms are equipped with basic toiletries for the guest. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and crockery are available.

The property stretches a huge private lawn with a well maintained garden, perfect to host a birthday parties and anniversaries or any corporate occasions. The house has two assistant for the service of the guest who stays at the outhouse and is available 24 x 7. To be more specific the villa is located just about 5 km away from Chadni Chowk.
