My house is designed in the 80's architecture, suitable for those who like to experience the bustling life of Hanoi cause sometimes you will experience the little lively atmosphere of the locals as the house is on a street near the Old Quarter.
Conveniently located on Ly Nam De street. Near the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem lake, Railway street, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, Night Market and more.

- Entire 3rd floor of the house with 2 separate bedrooms

- Shared kitchen with fully equipped on 5th floor ( All the guests in the house can use this kitchen)
- Air-conditioner (electric fans are provided if necessary)
- Rooftop area with balcony garden to chill out, Washing machine and Rustic clothes drying rack. (on 6th floor)
- We provide pick-up service from and to the airport, our driver will drive you straight to our place. Let me know if you would like to use our service. (You can check the price on the last pic in the listing photos)

- Also can access to our handmade leather workshop on the rooftop. We could teach you one or two things about the art of leathercraft; you can even make your leather items.
- Special discount at our high-quality handmade leather shop on the 1st floor (Leather briefcase, clutch, Sheridan wallet, and accessories)
- We take hygiene in living place and workplace seriously so the building is cleaned daily, our rooms cleanliness must reach our standard before guests check-in.
