This is the latest update on check in requirements needed by the condo:
IF METRO MANILA IS ON ALERT LEVEL 1 ONLY: Vaccination card from fully vaccinated individuals

IF MM IS ON ALERT LEVEL 2 AND UP:
For provincial or international travelers: Negative result of RT PCR or Antigen test valid within 1-3 days of stay, + 2 valid IDs. (Antigen Home kits results should be interpreted and validated by a clinic/hospital)

-For Metro Manila Residents: Medical certificate or Health Certificate valid within 1-3 days of check in + 2 valid IDs. Please send us a message before (URL HIDDEN)

IMPORTANT: if you booked the apartment, you have to abide by above.

Our studio room is located inside The OLYMPIA Building. Room is fitted with a comfortable bed, hot & cold shower, Free WIFI (100MBPS WIFI), standard TV with local channels, safety deposit box and a small kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, mini refrigerator, rice cooker, plates, cutleries, coffee mug for your use. 24/7 Security in the building.

Pool usage is on request, please coordinate with building admin. For MM Alert Level 2 and up, pool will be closed. Pool Access time/operational hours is depending on condo admin. the GYM if off limits and strictly for unit owners only. Operating days will be on the admin's discretion.

There is a Pay Parking in the building. Php500 for overnight parking for cars, 150 for motorbikes. Monthly rates available - all subject to availability; Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cleaning is provided once a week only. For the 2nd week onwards, cleaning services/change of linens is required once a week and the additional charges will be billed to you at additional fee of PHP350/cleaning prior to completion of service.
