There are two Queen Size beds, a bunk bed and a trundle bed. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and are super comfortable.

There is an ensuite bathroom to one of the QS bedrooms and another separate bathroom with bath. The instant hot water system and great water pressure will ensure a fantastic shower.

There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board.

There are three Smart TVs in the house (with Netflix - 3 different movies at the same time!), a blue tooth sound bar as well as a beautiful Gas Log Fire.

Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room will add to the comfort, with additional fans in the two Queen bedrooms to give you more options.

Outside the garden is landscaped, with a large deck, table and chairs and BBQ.

The cottage is fully fenced with a remote control operated rear car port.

Park your car and walk. We are close to everything!

We have a port a cot and high chair at the cottage and our daughter is 18 and an experienced baby sitter if you need to have a night out. There are loads of toys, games and books for all age children.

All of the house is available for you to use. Park your car in the secure covered car port at the back of the house or on the street is also fine.
