The unit comes in two rooms with one queen bed & two single beds, best accommodates 4 guests. We have free wifi and some basic essentials like shampoo, shower gel, towels, bottled water are provided. For your vehicle (Height<2.1m), one parking lot is provided, it is on Level 5 within the condo and accessible to the lift.

Comfortable, refreshed and light ambience with simple touch of decor for your relaxing & comfortable vacation.

The spaces, living room and two bedrooms are fully air conditioned. It is always equipped with electric fan for your option.

We have two bedrooms with one queen bed and two single beds. There are two bathrooms so you do not have to wait taking turn to take your shower.

We have a dining table and small kitchen with some very basic utensils like one-door fridge, electric cooker, range hood, electric kettle, dining sets and some tools for very light cooking.

We have a balcony where you can enjoy the view of Ipoh city and of course the windy or sunny weather that makes you happy.

We will be sharing a clear instruction with photos for you to collect the key from the mail box. Please note that the check in time is FROM 3PM, early check in / luggage drop before 1pm is NOT possible as the room is mostly not ready and we are not available at the place before 1PM. Right beside the condominium, the murals for tourists to take photo that show how Ipoh used to look like decades ago. Lou Wong Bean Sprout Chicken (Ngar Choy Kai) - Famous for its chicken, bean sprouts, and rice noodles in a 5-10 minutes walking distance. Many choices of Ipoh Local Product Shop selling famous pastries and snacks from Ipoh. About 10 minutes or 20 minutes on a traffic jam of driving to reach the famous Ipoh Old town area for the famous white coffee at Sin Yoon Loong White Coffee.

Bus station is very close and available in the same street, in just 3-5 minutes walking distance.
Taxi service is also easily available.
There is an 7 Eleven convenience store at the same street.
