Nice 3 bedroom villa with a big kitchen and dining area. This spacious house is set on a 400m2 plot with a private pool and children pool. There is also a nice sala where you can stay cool when the sun is to hot.

Nice view to the mountains with a breezy wind so you can stay cool on warm days. Cosy and quite Place, Child friendly and about 10 minutes with Tuk Tuk to the city and the beach.

You will be able to enjoy the entire place with all the privacy you will need.

We have an office at the development and will be there for you whenever you need us.

WIFI, Aircondition in all rooms. Our common area includes bar and restaurant as well as a common swimming pool and a pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every friday in the high season.

Electricity and water is not included in the price. Electricity is THB 7 pr. kWh and Water is THB 60 pr. m3.
