If you need food, cafe, you can enjoy the nice service and restaurant from Bello Hotel, next to the condo.; if you need to buy anything, you may walk 15 mins or take a crab ( RM5 ) to JBCC, City Square. If you need to go to Singapore, just 5 mins drive to reach Malaysia custom.

You have the whole apartment and the access to Swimming pool, gym, play ground, etc.

— pickup from CIQ/ city square/ JBCC is RM10/ trip; from Senai airport: RM50/ trip; from Singapore S$100/ trip.

— If you need hair dryer, or iron and iron board, pls request to us when you book our unit. Some units may not have these items. So pls request to us and we will prepare for you.

— When you iron your clothes, pls do it on the iron board only. Pls don’t use our towels, or bed sheets as the base. Any damages will be chargeable. Tks!
