Afiniti Residences a premium condo next to Somerset Medini and Mall of Medini, 5 min walk to Legoland only. This is a 2 bedroom Suites facing the Legoland, great for a family of up to 8 people. 990 sf with 1 king 1 queen 4 floor mattress and a big sofa. It faces Legoland directly on the 10th floor.

 Best view of Legoland and Iskandar Puteri! The apartment is located in the new condo building called Afiniti Residence.  From the window, you have the best view of the Legoland, the Iskandar Puteri and the Best Garden Oasis in the state.
The apartment is 90 square meter with two private bedrooms, one living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 private toilets with bathroom, suitable for family, business travelers or group of up to 8. Mattresses will be provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, kitchen sink, dish, bowl, spoon, fork, pan, pot, chopstick, knife, kettle and cups.
The bathroom is cleaned and fully equipped with separate shower. For 2 bedrooms unit, there is Long bath in the bathroom. There are shampoo, body wash soap & some spare towels. For personal hygiene,please bring your own toothbrush, tooth paste and towels.
Besides, we have:

-pocket wifi on lease (upon request)

 You will feel very safe during your stay here. The apartment building has guards 24/7. 2 convenience stores, Cimb ATM, 10 coffee shops & restaurents are opposite the building at the Mall of Medini. We are located close to downtown, puteri harbour and the towns of bukit indah and gelang patah, absolutely perfect to enjoy a wide range of activities to see the local towns. 

Rubbish bin is behind the bomba lift lobby where Keluar sign is. Swimming pool is at Top floor on 22nd floor, play ground and Oasis is on G Lobby. 7-11 is at LG Lobby.

It is 30 minutes from Senai International Airport, 15 minutes from CIQ Tuas,  walking 5 minutes to Mall of Medini and the Legoland, taxi 5 min to Bukit Indah town centre where big Aeon Mall and Tesco are located. Taxi 5 min to Puteri Harbour tourist places.
The place is next to the Mall of Medini, the mall which has everything you need: supermarket, restaurants, coffee houses.

A taxi stand of a trusted taxi brand in blue colour is available all the time at the Mall opposite.  You can also use Grab or rent a big motorbike or a MPV  or a executive car from us at 60% of commercial rental rates.
2014 Proton Exora Bold 7 seater MPV or 2015 Nissan Teana Luxury 5 seater with GPS can be leased with our Homes at rm150 or rm250 per day to tour Johor, with self driving.
Otherwise there is Causeway bus CW7L just opposite at the Mall of Medini to go to and from Singapore JE MRT station. Interval is every 15 -25 minutes. 
 Check-in time is 3pm. In case you arrive earlier and I don't have previous booking, I will help you to check-in sooner.
Taxis are available at the Mall of Medini. Those with a local sim card and a smart phone should really check out Grab. The fare is lower than traditional taxi and the service is more reliable and friendly.

Legoland Theme Park corporate tickets are available for our guest at good rates. Book from us in advance.
