The Briza is located in Calangute Bardez, Goa, India. The apartment is very close to all the beaches, there are also pubs bars and clubs very close by. The apartment itself has high ceilings, that give the apartment an airy, breezy feel, It is fully airconditioned in both bedrooms, and there are two fans in the front room. The apartment also has two balconies, these areas are for smokers. There is no smoking in the flat so as not to offend non-smokers.

This apartment is very central, close to amenities (lovely restaurants and bars) + There is also a local seafood market not so far from the Brisa for the foodies. My wife and I (since I am a chef) frequent that market a lot. Getting around is very cheap, some of the beaches are literally less than a ten-minute walk, Candolim is one of the closest, then there is Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Vagator, Siolim, Morgim and Ashwem. You can get around by car, jeep, a cool Royal Enfield motorbike or scooter to scoot around on. We prefer motorcycles so you don't get caught in the sometimes busy Goan traffic. I learnt to ride a bike in Goa, while my wife (Prerna) has ridden one since she was a child. This Brisa apartment has been extensively renovated and has had its first guests already. It is one of the most reasonably priced properties in the area and makes for a really great stay, whether you are coming from Europe like me, or you are a local from India. We have had guests from all over so far in a very short span of time.
