[BLOCK A (PENTHOUSE) ] Taiping known as "Raintown" for its high percentage of rain fall in Malaysia. The place is surrounded by moutains and the sunset view is breath taking. Scenic Penthouse >>Required to scan the mini token to enter lobby. 2. Gym room (Block A ground floor) >>Required scan the mini tokento enter gym room. 3. Swimming pool (In front of block A) >>Only proper swimming attire allowed. 4. 2 parking slot at Block A >>Scan card is required for vehicles entering the condominium area, please register as VISITOR at the guard house, more than 2 car required park at visitor parking provided by management. The host is always in town, if the host were to be overseas or outsation, there will be relatives of host to make sure the guest is attend to their needs. If the host is free, he will go extra miles to take their guest on a tour around the town! Remember to bring umbrella as the walk way from parking lot to unit does not have a roof. If raining, there will be abit of water splashing in the walk way toward the main door so please prepare more umbrellas as Taiping is also known as Raintown. There are swimming pool available for guest, but swimming wear must be wear before getting into the swimming pool. Only park on the space that property provided. If the space been park by others irresponsible residences, please complain to the security so they can lead you to other parking place to prevent being clamp Finally we hope our guest have a pleasant stay with us and make sure the property is as it is the way you come in.
