Only park on the space that property provided. If the space been park by others irresponsible residences, please complain to the security so they can lead you to other parking place to prevent being clamp.

Remember to bring unbrella as the walk way from parking lot to unit does not have a roof.

If raining, there will be abit of water splashing in the walk way toward the main door so please prepare more umbrellas as Taiping is also known as Raintown.

There are swimming pool available for guest, but swimming wear must be wear before getting into the swimming pool.
