1. Please switch on the Gas Cylinder to make food,
2. Switch on the Geyser Button in Bathroom for Hot Water,
3. Two CCTV is on Premises, if need privacy put a paper on inside CCTV Camera. Remove cover before checkout m.
4. Ensure TV and Other Remotes at home and put all remotes together before leaving
5. Clean daily home or hire a cleaner at daily basis at Rs. 350 per day, Jhadu, Ponch, Utensils cleaning etc.
6. if AC required use it.
7. Sofa Cum bed: pull upside the sofa and pull outside it.
8. Please switch off the lights which are not in used or go outside.
9. Door delivery grocery, water, Vegetable, Food available if required let the owner know.
10. Before Checkout call Our maid Ms. Rita and ensure cleaning of all things.
11. Gas Charges Rs. 50 per day plz pay in cash to our maid. It’s compulsory weather use or not Gas.
12. If any item or things lost or broken by guest. Guest has to pay the amount or things or get repaired self.
13. Visit SP Sukhobristi Security office and deposit your ID cards to access home before checkin
14. RFID Card: it’s hanged near the door use it in your trip, on checkout ensure it’s again hanged on same place.
15. Switch on RO water switch.

Checkout time Instructions;
1. Ensure CCTV is ok and focused on entry gate
2. Close gas cylinder
3. Ensure RFID card on key hanger
4. Off main MCB when leave home
5. Ensure outside lock code not changed by mistaken check again
6. Balcony amd window properly closed
7. Do off RO water switch.
