This ultra-modern and stylish chic villa has been carefully constructed, designed and furnished under our keen eye for detail, to make a truly memorable villa holiday experience. With private parking, a games room with pool table and carom, all within a fenced plot these are all potential box tickers. However, the crème-de-la-crème of this villa is the inviting private swimming pool, with Kids Pool and Elephant Shower which is surrounded by an extensive green garden area. Although within easy reach of some of Goa's best beach bars and restaurants, why not organise a BBQ dinner in the garden area or lay on the sun beds to soak up the sun. After a relaxing day at the beach and a wonderful warm shower, enjoy some family time whilst gazing at the stunning sunset. Life is good!

-The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

-Villa has 3 king-size beds & 9 single beds (One room has 3 single beds): On request, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
-Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
-Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 4 nights or less. For bookings 5+ nights, all linen and towels are changed on the 3rd day. If required, linens/towels can be changed daily for an additional cost.
-Private Swimming Pool - The person making the booking is responsible for all individuals (including children) using the pool during the entire stay.
-The total number of people, along with the ages of the children should be mentioned.
-Cooking: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks or delivered by a restaurant for an additional cost. If you wish to opt for a cook, this should be confirmed at the time of the (URL HIDDEN) We have limited cooks and it will be difficult to provide the service last minute. Your cook will only be booked once fully payment is made towards this service.
-Loud Music/ Noise is strictly not permitted by law in all states in India and at our villas in Goa. Play music Softly/Sensibly outdoor between 9 am to 9 pm. Music played outdoors should not exceed 55 decibels in residential areas as per Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control ) Rules 2000. Play indoors with doors closed all day/night. Just ensure neighbors are not dancing to your music. Management takes no responsibility for any violations.
-24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).

A INR 10,000 cash security deposit is collected from guests on arrival and returned during check out, subject to any damages.

Party Room -The new RETRO PARTY ROOM on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals (ideal for those instagrammable moments) and bespoke lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.

Guest must do payment within 2 hours to confirm the booking and reply with correct a phone number for any reservation made. Failing to do so will result in the reservation not being accepted, this is to avoid spamming.
