We usually communicate with our guests during the day however, if our guests have any urgent situations during their stay, we usually reply right away.

Tan (me) is the person who communicate with all our guests online. And my husband (Narn) is the person who will meet our guests at the condo.

1. When can I Check-in / Check-out?
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM or later.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon or before.

2. Can I have an early check-in? / a late check-out?
- Early check-in is available IF there is no guests staying the night before.
- Late check-out is available IF there is no guests checking in the day you check out.
Please check with us before your arrival and departure.

3. Do you have a baby cot?
We have a limited number of baby cots. I can provide it to you if it is available. Please let me know if you need one.

4. Why is the price different than I calculated?
The total price is composed of three parts:
1. Nightly price x number of nights
2. Cleaning fee (one-time fee)
3. Service fee (one-time fee set and collected by agoda, typically between 6 and 12%)
