• Host will collect RM300 security deposit upon guest arrival. Guest may pay and get refunds via online bank transfer. Refunds will be process within 24 hours after guest check out.
• Additional RM25 per pax per night will be charged after 6th guest with 3" thick floor mattress bedset, mattress protector, pillows and blanket provided upon request. Total 3 floor mattress available.
• Included 1 free covered parking with access card. Please inform host for arrangement if extra parking is needed.
• 24/7 security, Access card to specific floor only & CCTV surveillance at lobby and common facility area.
