This stylish Parisian one-bedroom flat is located on the sixth floor of a secure, residential building with an elevator. It is 35 square meters and features a small balcony as well as an Eiffel Tower view. It has hardwood flooring throughout and has been recently renovated with your comfort in mind.

The flat has a comfortable living area furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV with local channels, a coffee table and more. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep 2 extra guests if necessary and additional linens are included for this bed. There is a free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the apartment. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people should you choose to dine in one evening instead of eating out in one of the nearby restaurants.

The kitchen is located just off the living area and is fully equipped with all the necessary tools you would need to cook a full meal. It comes with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, teakettle, toaster, microwave and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils.
