This newly built villa in San Juan, La Union is perfect for a surftown "quiet retreat". Located in a quiet subdivision, just 6-minute drive from the surfing area of San Juan. The beach is also just a short walk away. Enjoy the luxury of a 1-bedroom villa with your own private pool. Guests are also welcome to use the outdoor kitchen and grill for that perfect outdoor dining experience. The 1-bedroom villa can accommodate maximum of 2 guests. Please read and agree on all house rules before (URL HIDDEN) Other things to note: Please consider Ysla Villa as a quiet retreat in surftown San Juan LU. As stated on our house rules and regulations, we would like to emphasize our strict rules on NOISE CONTROL. We are located on a quiet subdivision and respecting our neighbors' peace and quiet is A MUST. Loud and unruly house parties are NOT allowed as well as drinking and smoking. Loitering outside the villa is also prohibited. Should you go out and come back from a night out, please enter the premises as quietly as possible to avoid disturbance in the neighborhood. Curfew time of 9:00 pm will also be implemented. Number of guests booked is the final count that will be honored to stay. No outside visitors will be allowed. Maximum capacity is 2 adults, 1 child. An additional rate will be added based on the age of the child.
