Others
• Host will collect RM300 security deposit upon guest arrival. Guest may pay and get refunds via online bank transfer. Refunds will be process within 24 hours after guest check out.
• Additional RM25 per pax will be charged after 7th guest with either sofa bed full bed linens/bedsheet, 3" thick floor mattress bedset, pillows, blanket and mattress protector provided upon request.
• Included 2 free covered parking with access card. Please inform host for arrangement if extra parking is needed.
• 24/7 security & CCTV surveillance at lobby and common facility area.
