Chemperoh River is right in front of the property. Guests are able to borrow a hammock, bean bags and utilise the BBQ pit by the river by the riverside. The river however is a public area. Within the compound of the villa are shared facilities including a beach volleyball court, mini football pitch, an outdoor ping pong table as well as areas to play mini-tennis, boule or frisbee. There is a BBQ pit available upon request. We provide guests with a box of charcoal (bring the food). There are 3 bedrooms facing a private pool with sun loungers. It is equipped with kitchen for cooking, a living area with a 60 inch 4k TV with digital TV and Netflix. Temperature at night dips to 22 degrees celcius. While daytime temperature is often 28 degrees at peak. The villa is designed for a small family or 7/8 adults to enjoy the privacy of their own pool and those who prefer to self-cater. There are no restaurants within the vicinity but there are plenty 2-5km away from the villa. Some will deliver to the villa. There is wi-fi available but the signal is quite weak as the location is quite remote especially on weekends
