The rooms are on 3rd floor, conveniently locates in the lively, quiet area. Guests can enjoy the walk or ride bike around CM old town, visit temples, markets and interesting places in CM center. Nice restaurants, Chiangmai Gate morning and night street food stalls, Japanese bakery and cafes nearby. 10 mins to airport. 3 mins to Saturday Wua Lai walking street.

The space

We offer very comfy 2 bedrooms in the newly renovated building for guests who are family or group of friends travel together. Both rooms are on same floor and have separate bathrooms so guests can have more space to move around. XL Room is bigger with king-size bed, working/dining space and small pantry with microwave and fridge. M Room is with Queen-size bed. Both rooms have fridge, water heater, kettle, hair dryer, snack, tea, coffee, drinking water, towels, shampoo and soap.

Guest access

Small pantry are in the big bed room. We provide coffee, tea, drinking water and light snack for guests in the room.

If guests wish to do laundry, there are several reasonable price laundry shops in the neighborhood. We are happy to suggest some of them.

If guests rent the room for a month, you get 10% discount for monthly rent.
Cleaning will be done on the first time at your check in, if you want cleaning to be done on weekly basis, we can arrange that with extra cost.
