A villa unlike anywhere else in Koh Samui. Right on the water, you can hear the sound of the gentle waves as you fall asleep or wake up. Has a private swimming pool, an unobstructed view of the sea and Chaweng beach in the distance, and is only 2-3 walks to Chaweng Noi, one of the nicest beaches on the island. This is very unique, as no other villa in Koh Samui offers the same water-front setting.

The space
118 sq. metre villa with a private pool right on the ocean. This is a one bedroom villa with a living room for 2 people, but if you are more than 2, I can put a rollaway bed in the living room. There is no kitchen as it is more of a hotel style accommodation, but there is plenty of places to eat nearby (local food is very reasonably priced), and room service is also available. You'll have free breakfast and room cleaning everyday as part of exchanging here, and airport transfer can also be arranged.

Guest access
You'll have a whole villa to yourself with your own private pool. The villa has a separate living room to the bedroom, and there is also a deck area for relaxing outdoors. There is no kitchen as it is more of a hotel style accommodation, but there is plenty of places to eat nearby (local food is very reasonably priced), and room service is also available. You'll have daily breakfast (included in the rate) at the restaurant, and also room cleaning everyday.
