The 80sqm holiday home, located 800m walking distance to a great beach has a 1 level layout and there's 2 bedrooms with aircon and 2 full bathrooms with hot shower. The living room is equipped with a 50" smart tv (wifi is free), sofas for up to 5 persons and an open kitchen with dining table/bar counter.

The front of the house opens up to the gated garden (200sqm), ideal for children play or sun lounging. There is only 1 step total in the whole house so it's very safe for children.

The swimming pool (with childrens pool) is 50 meters away in a nice resort with restaurant. They also serve breakfast.

My property has 2 houses seperated by a driveway and each house has it's own garden. I live in one of the 2 identical houses myself with my wife and 2 kids and we look forward to meet our future guests. Cleaning and sheets/towel changing is included 2 times per week.

The property is in a quiet side road without much traffic or noise. It's only an 800 meter walk/drive to Bangrak beach with convenient stores, restaurants and massage within 300 meters

We can arrange scooter or car rentals or provide you with a reliable taxi service.

Cleaning and sheet/towel change is included every 3 days. Extra towels are available.

We have 3 cats around in the garden but we don't let them in the house. We also have a small Chihuahua and a new puppy dog that are both well kept and very friendly.

The swimming pool is 50 meters away at the Cher Ville Boutique Resort. The pool charge is 80 baht/person.

Electricity is charged extra at 5 Thai Baht per kWh.
