Nipa hut can fit 5-6 people. It only takes one minute to reach Lian Beach. There is also a swimming pool as well as a Floating Raft (Balsa) at the Beach. The Raft is available upon request for Php 3000. There is also a common kitchen with cooking tools like a griller and cooking pans. The resort has free wifi.

we also have 1 nipa hut and 1 main house for rent.

if ever there is a booking on the main house or in another nipa hut, the pool area is shared.
