This family townhouse is located in central Chiang Mai close to the river, main markets, the Night Bazaar, a great supermarket and many restaurants and cafes. It has modern kitchen, two large bedrooms and one small bedroom upstairs and WiFi Internet and cable TV are included.

There are comfy beds for up to 7 people.

We will pick you up from the airport or train station; just let us know your travel details and we'll confirm pick up details. We can also help with booking trips, tours and activities around Chiang Mai.

The house is 80 meters into a quiet lane, just off the main road along the river. It has a large, private space in front to park a car or motorcycles.

WiFi (Cable) internet is provided. There is a flat screen LED Smart TV in the living room with basic international cable channels, Youtube, Netflix, etc. There is also a DVD player with many kids movies.

The kitchen was newly built including all cupboards, gas stove and extractor fan. A refrigerator, microwave, toaster, rice cooker and electric kettle are provided. There are basic cooking utensils and plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery for 7 people.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms and one small bedroom, as well as a newly installed main bathroom with a glass shower cabin and hot water rain shower.

All bedrooms have air conditioners, downstairs there are fans only but it stays relatively cool there. The South-facing bedroom has a small balcony, and there is a table/writing desk. This room also has a room safe to store small valuables, passports etc.

Please ask if you have any specific requests; for example we can provide a baby cot/crib, and likely other items that could make your stay more convenient.
