The best way to get around is to rent a scooter, but that's my personal opinion (I don't like to be stuck in the traffic :)) ). Besides that, there are a lot of options, you can get a taxi from a place nearby, rent a car or use public transport.
Also, you can download the app "Grab" and use it instead of a taxi. Something similar to Uber.
