- The 2 Bedrooms have 54"x 75" double bed mattresses good for 2 guests each. One bedroom with split type air-conditioning and one fan room. (Please note that we will only prepare beds and beddings based on number of guests)
- Living room has a sofa bed good for 1-2 guests.

On the security aspect, subdivision personnel are actively doing rounds in different areas of the subdivision day and night to keep the neighborhood safe.

We also have a cctv camera placed and viewed on the garage area ONLY to monitor the surroundings and ensure our guest's own safety. Rest assured that your whole stay will be private.

We will be collecting a SECURITY DEPOSIT of Php 1000 (For 1 to 5 nights booking) or Php 2000 (For 6+ nights booking) upon check-in and 1 ID. This will be refunded upon check-out.
