About the apartment:
This cozy 20 square meter Parisian vacation rental is located on the ground floor of a secure residential building without an elevator. It features hardwood flooring throughout and has been recently refurbished with your comfort in mind. The living area looks out over the street. It is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with local channels, as well as a free Wi-Fi Internet connection. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep one additional guest and extra bedding is provided.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, microwave oven (combination machine), dishwasher, mini refrigerator, teakettle, Krups pod coffee machine and more. All the utensils, plates, crockery and cutlery you could need are provided so you can prepare a meal at home.

Next to the living and kitchen area you’ll find the bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, clothes washer and dryer and more. On arrival, complimentary toilet rolls, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxury bath towels are also provided for each guest. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. Climb up the ladder to the mezzanine to find the sleep area. It is furnished with a large double bed. All bedding and linens are provided, and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below).
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 20€
- Linens and towel fee: 30€
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800€ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 3 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
