One bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room. The room has a balcony facing the swimming pool. Guests can access swimming pool and gym. The unit is near cafe and glossaries just walking distance. Very convenience to travel and all Nimman lifestyle could serve you.

If you happened to leave you key card in the room. You can come down through the elevator from B Floor.
Normal check out will need to arrange with host about the time you would like to check out. If you are in hurry please leave the Key Card in the room and leave through B floor.

Normally I will be there to greet the guests. I will be out from town sometimes. There will be someone else to take care of the guests. Please feel free to text me or call me. I will make sure you get the help as fast as possible.

Traveling around is easy. You can walk across the road to call the Red Cap. You can ask them to drop you anywhere in Chiangmai(remember to negotiate). Walking 5 minutes to the main road to catch the Red Cap or Tooktook is probably cheaper than opposite our place. Travelling to one place should cost around 20-50 baht per person. If you want to rent the Red Cap with a driver for one day would cost about 500 baht. I can help you out with the contact if you need one.
Calling Grab taxi is another convenience way to get around. You can download the application from you phone.
Renting a motorcycle would cost about 300 baht per day. I can help you with the contact if you need one.
Renting a bus with a driver should cost around 2000 baht per day. I think it is the most convenience way you have many members traveling with you.
