Our bedroom House for students and young professionals in which all the roommates have their private bedroom, sharing nice and spacious common social areas. About the House: 300 square meters. Located in a floor with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 full equipped kitchen, 1 dining room.

The rooms have a fan, desk, closet, bed, night table, mirror, blackout curtains and cable TV. Amenities include hot water, WiFi (70 MB) and a telephone to make free domestic calls. We provide arriving guests with toilet tissue, shampoo, body soap, clean bath towels and bed linens. Twice weekly house cleaning and laundry service for your clothing is also included once per week

GREEN HOUSE ROOMIES is located on the second floor with large common areas, including a nice yard with chairs and a table, where you can enjoy a meal with a nice breeze and view. The living room is a place where you can use your laptop or visit with the other guests. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and available for you to prepare meals.
