My property is perfectly suitable for a family or a couple or even just friends visiting mangalore for leisure or business purposes. The property includes 3 master bedrooms all with air conditioners. 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen 24 hours hot and cold water, power backup inverter. The property also comes with a relaxing living space and a spacious river facing balcony. We have sleeping arrangements for upto 10 people but if you want to host a party then around 20 people can fit in as visitors. The Villa is on walking distance from Sultan Battery.

For Parties you can book according to the number of guests coming or on lump sum basis. If the guests are more you will have to pay 15000 fixed. Otherwise you can pay on per person basis. Music allowed but make sure you do not disturb the neighbors.

Check in time is 1 pm and check out time is 11 am. If you plan to stay extra hours then it will be chargeable @ Rs. 500 per hour depending on availability.
